How Mood Buddies Work

To help your buddy evolve, you’ll complete a simple daily check-in and task. Think of it as a small moment of care for you and them.

What you need to do

• Check in with your Mood Buddy
• Complete one suggested task
• Do this once per day, for 7 days total
  

The days don’t have to be consecutive. Go at your own pace.

How evolution works

Each completed day helps your buddy grow stronger.

Once you’ve finished 7 check-ins, your Mood Buddy becomes fully evolved.

What happens next

• A fully evolved buddy stays with you
• Discover and care for new Mood Buddies
