I'm working on my sleep schedule because I'm trying to take care of my mind. Okay, my sleep schedule is a work in progress, but I'm making an effort to care for my mind. I'm going for a run, having a Zil moment. Trying to move my body so I can do something today to take care of my mind. Hopefully, get a better night's sleep. It's so cold, I think my sweat is turning to ice. It's funny how doing things like exercising actually do help me take care of my mind. What? This is Zilling. That's how I feel. I just spoke to a friend about my feelings, and I find that really helps when I'm trying to take care of my mind. Running? That could never be me. Okay.
